Developers – clients include major public development companies such as Delfin Lend Lease, Stockland, Australand, Mirvac, Brookfield Multiplex and AVJennings. They also include private developers such as McCloys, Winten, Marsim, Paclib, DevelopmentLink and numerous smaller developers.
Public sector – clients include commonwealth government landowners and developers such as the Defence Housing Authority. State government clients include Housing NSW, Landcom and Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority. We also advise local councils on policy and property issues.
Financiers – panel accreditations with banks such as Bankwest, Macquarie Bank, Westpac Bank, HBos, St George Bank, Suncorp, ING Bank, Investec and Capital Finance with acceptance subject to agreement from National Australia Bank, ANZ Bank and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
