Hunter Valley housing development update (SMH Pg.2)
  • The NSW Planning Minister will amend the Lower Hunter Regional Strategy by removing memorandums of understanding that were negotiated with developers which the Land and Environment Court deemed as “land bribes”.
  • It is anticipated “new development proposals” for Huntlee and Catherine Hill Bay will be lodged shortly.
