Waverley Council abandons plans (SMH Pg.2)
- Due to resident opposition Waverley Council will abandon plans to develop a 5,000m² industrial depot which was proposed for Hugh Bamford Reserve, at the northern end of Bondi Beach.

Vision project update (AFR Pg.57)
- The site which was to be developed into the $1 billion Vision project will be placed on the market shortly.
- Vision, a subsidiary of Austcorp, planned to build a 79-storey building comprising 3 retail levels, 15 office levels, 2 observation decks and 53 levels of residential units.
- The pre-sales totalled 40% of the value of the units and 287 of the 402 units were pre-sold.

Transport Hotel on the market (AFR Pg.58)
- Sovereign Hotel Group has placed the Transport Hotel in Federation Square on the market.
- The hotel includes the Taxi Dining Room and Transit Cocktail Lounge plus the Feddish Bar & Restaurant.
