WHK Horwath plans to either look for completely new space or consolidate the existing space to one of the current buildings.

Interest rate increase (AFR Pg.54)
The
Reserve Bank of Australia
has increased interest rates to 4.75%. The increase will add around $50 a month to repayments on a $300,000 mortgage.
