Ryde City Civic Precinct Development Update (AFR Pg.46)
  • Lend Lease has been nominated as the preferred developer for a $350 million civic precinct development in Ryde.
  • Lend Lease’s proposal comprises 622 apartments, community facilities, a council auditorium facilitating 400 people, meeting rooms, a 1,200m² public square and new council chambers with administrative offices.
  • Council will vote on the proposal in June.

Queensland

Interest in Acquiring Eagle Street Office Tower (AFR Pg.46)
  • Reports suggest the Commonwealth Property Office Fund are looking to acquire a 30 storey office tower at 10 Eagle Street, Brisbane for approximately $200 million from Brookfield Asset Management.
