Lend Lease
has been nominated as the preferred developer for a $350 million civic precinct development in
Ryde
.
Lend Lease’s proposal comprises 622 apartments, community facilities, a council auditorium facilitating 400 people, meeting rooms, a 1,200m² public square and new council chambers with administrative offices.
Council will vote on the proposal in June.
