Half Stakes in Centro Shopping Centres to be Sold (AFR Pg.46)

are looking to sell half stakes in their
Centro Roselands
and
Centro Bankstown
shopping centres for $450 million following
Perron’s
acquisition in half stakes of three of its regional shopping centres for $690.4 million.
The 85,738m² Centro Bankstown shopping centre has a book value of $557 million and comprises a department store, three discount department stores, two supermarkets and 333 speciality stores.
The 61,471m² Centro Roselands shopping centre is fully enclosed, comprises a department store, discount department store, two supermarkets and 163 speciality stores and has a book value of $329 million.
