Sydney Auction Clearance Rate Update (AFR Pg.46)
  • Sydney achieved an auction clearance rate of 57.8%, down from 59.4% from the previous weekend.
Parramatta Office Lease (SMH 19-20 Pg.54)
  • Rendall Kelly Financial Services have leased a 181m² commercial office at 76 Phillip Street, Parramatta under a five year term for $332/m² net.
St Leonards Office Lease (SMH 19-20 Pg.54)
  • Best Magic Ventures have leased a 65m² office suite at 110/460 Pacific Highway, St Leonards under a two year term for $420/m² gross.
Lidcombe Warehouse Lease (SMH 19-20 Pg.54)
  • JLG have leased a 2,142m² warehouse at 42 Birnie Avenue, Lidcombe under a one year term for $100/m² gross.
Mosman Retail Lease (SMH 19-20 Pg.54)
  • RFG have leased a 63m² retail shop at 1/914 Military Road under a five year term for $11,746/m² gross.

Melbourne Auction Clearance Rate Update (AFR Pg.46)
  • Melbourne achieved an auction clearance rate of 54.7%, a decline of 7.6% from the previous weekend.
St Kilda Road Office Tower Listed (AFR Pg.48)
  • Challenger has listed a 10 storey office building comprising approximately 20,000m² of net lettable area at 417 St Kilda Road, St Kilda for sale.
  • The building comprises basement car parking for 480 vehicles and is currently tenanted by the Red Cross and Oracle.
