Gold Fields House Redevelopment Update (AFR pg.3)
  • Blackstone intends to launch its sales campaign for the $1 billion residential redevelopment of Gold Fields House at 1 Alfred Street, Sydney later this year.
  • The luxury residential project is expected to take 2 ½ years to complete following the demolition of the current office tower to occur in 2013.
