Marsden Park Residential Site Sold (AFR Pg.41)
  • Stockland have acquired a 163 hectare residential site at Marsden Park from Winten Property Group for $165 million ($1,012,270/Ha).
  • The site has the potential to yield approximately 2,300 lots ($71,739/lot).
  • The sale will reportedly aid Winten Property Group in financing development projects which are pending development approval including a 40,000m² office tower in North Sydney, a 30,000m² office block in St Leonards and a 75,000m² site at Macquarie Park.
