Elizabeth Street Office Tower Listed (AFR Pg.47)
  • Investa Property Group have listed an 18 storey office tower at 231 Elizabeth Street, Sydney for sale, with expectations of achieving in excess of $200 million.
  • The fully leased tower has recently undergone an $18 million refurbishment and has a 3.5 star NABERS energy rating.
