are planning to list the State Savings Bank building at

and an adjoining property at

for sale with expectations of achieving $150 million.
48 Martin Place is a circa 1920’s heritage listed property comprising 18,000m² of office space and 2,000m² of retail space and has development approval for a refurbishment which is expected to provide the property with a five-star green energy rating.

The vacancy rate for prime retail space in

is currently 0.6%, however prime net face rentals declined 6.2% in the three months to December to $7,560/m².
