Industrial Property Update (AFR Pg.39)
  • Research indicates there is an undersupply of 200,000m² in prime grade industrial space.
New Home Sales Update (AFR Pg.39)
  • Research indicates new home sales increased by 6.8% in November which has been attributed to recent interest rate cuts.
  • New home sales increased in New South Wales and Victoria by 23% and 11.6% respectively.
  • Detached house sales increased by 9.8% whilst multi unit sales declined by 17%.
