Glendenning Industrial Lease (AFR Pg.42)
  • AM Solutions has leased a 6,325m² industrial facility at 79 Owen Street, Glendenning under a four and a half year term for $100/m² net.
  • The facility comprises a high clearance warehouse, three roller doors and container access.

Queensland

Lakes Vista Office Park Lease (AFR Pg.39)
  • HQ Plantations has leased 719m² of commercial space at the newly developed Lakes Vista Office Park at 2 Flinders Parade, North Lakes for $355/m².
  • The office park will comprise 12 office building totalling 13,500m² on completion.
Fortitude Valley Office Tower Development Update (AFR Pg.40)
  • Property developers Jack can Riet and Bill Henderson plan to develop a $60 million, 10 storey office tower comprising 8,000m² of commercial space at 757 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley.
