Surry Hills Commercial Lease (SMH 28-29 Pg.51)
  • Peter Tate has leased a 28m² office suite at 403/55 Holt Street, Surry Hills under a one year term for $714/m² gross.

Commercial Property Market Update (AFR Pg.41)
  • Research indicates listings for distressed commercial assets has declined 15% in the first half of 2012 compared to the corresponding half of 2011.
  • 884 distressed assets are currently listed, above the 10 year average of 687.
