  • Research indicates average prime gross effective rents for commercial space in Sydney Olympic Park increased 9.2% in the June quarter to $336/m².
  • The vacancy rate in the precinct is currently 6.2%.
North Sydney Commercial Lease (SMH 21-22 Pg.55)
  • IT National Pty Ltd have leased a 74m² office at 238 Alfred Street, North Sydney under a one year term for $350/m² gross.
Rosebery Retail Lease (SMH 21-22 Pg.55)
  • Bingxi has leased a 56m² retail shop at 29-33 Epsom Road, Rosebery under a three year term for $552/m² gross.
