Moorebank Industrial Lease (AFR Pg.48)
  • Clemenger International Logistics have leased a 6,670m² A grade industrial facility at 2 Secombe Place, Moorebank under a three year term for $117/m².
Condell Park Industrial Lease (AFR Pg.48)
  • NAK Australia has leased a 4,094m² industrial facility at 8/350 Edgar Street, Condell Park under a five year term for $95/m² net.
  • The facility comprises high clearances, container height roller doors and carpeted show rooms.
Surry Hills Industrial Lease (AFR Pg.48)
  • Zanui has leased a 660m² warehouse at 60-64 Reservoir Street, Surry Hills under a two year term for $330/m² gross.
