King Street Retail Lease (SMH 30-1 Pg.51)
  • Flight Centre Ltd have leased a 97m² retail shop at 75 King Street, Sydney under a seven year term for $2,010/m² gross.
Artarmon Industrial Lease (SMH 30-1 Pg.51)
  • The Digital Centre have leased a 848m² warehouse at 18-20 Punch Street, Artarmon under a five year term for $163/m² gross.
Surry Hills Retail Lease (SMH 30-1 Pg.51)
  • Genesis Hospitality Pty Ltd have leased 70m² of retail space at 437-437 Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills under a three year term for $966/m² net.
North Sydney Commercial Lease (SMH 30-1 Pg.51)
  • EnergyAdvice have leased a 124m² office suite at on the ground floor of 221 Miller Street, North Sydney under a four year term for $430/m² gross.

Caloundra South Development Update (AFR Pg.37)
  • The Urban Land Development Authority has approved the master plan of Stockland’s $3.3 billion Caloundra South project.
  • Located on the Sunshine Coast, the project will comprise 20,000 homes to accommodate 50,000 people over the next 20 to 30 years.
