Barangaroo Leasing Update (AFR Pg.41)
  • Lend Lease have confirmed signing Westpac and KPMG as anchor tenants for its $6 billion Barangaroo South project.
  • KPMG and Westpac will lease 75,000m² of commercial space for a reported $900/m².
Frenchs Forest Industrial Property Sold (SMH 23-24 Pg.46)
  • Kenards Self Storage have acquired a 4,300m² industrial property at 9a Rodborough Road, Frenchs Forest for $3.15 million ($732/m²).
Kurnell Warehouse Sold (SMH 23-24 Pg.46)
  • All Valve Industries have acquired a 1,084m² warehouse at 2/18/28 Sir Joseph Banks Drive, Kurnell for $1.22 million ($1,125/m²).
Artarmon Warehouse Sold (SMH 23-24 Pg.46)
  • Sun Holdings Pty Ltd have acquired a 283m² office and warehouse facility at 9/82 Reserve Road, Artarmon for $670,000 ($2,367/m²).

National

Residential Market Update (AFR Pg.41)
  • Research indicates Sydney and Melbourne both achieved auction clearance rates of 56% over the weekend.
  • Forecasts suggests residential prices in Sydney will increase by 17% by June 2015.
