Queensland

Queen Street Mall Property Sold (AFR Pg.46)
  • Abacus Property Group and Heitman LLC have jointly acquired a 3,500m² heritage listed retail property at 180 Queen Street, Brisbane for $29.5 million ($8,428/m²).
  • The recently refurbished property is tenanted by Country Road and was last sold for approximately $22 million in 2009.
Caloundra Resort Sold (AFR Pg.46)
  • Oaks Hotels and Resorts have acquired the Oasis Resort at Caloundra for approximately $10 million.
  • The resort comprises 158 hotel rooms, resort facilities including restaurant and 23 apartments.
Miami One Shopping Centre Sold (AFR Pg.46)
  • HamBros Property Group have acquired the 4,600m² Miami One shopping centre on the Gold Coast for approximately $14 million.
  • The centre is anchored by a Coles supermarket.
