Barangaroo Development Update (AFR Pg.53)
  • Lend Lease has submitted plans for the second and third commercial towers to be built as part of the Barangaroo redevelopment.
  • It is anticipated the plans will be approved within the next three to four months enabling construction to commence in 2012.

St Kilda Apartment Block Sold (AFR Pg.54)
  • A developer has acquired an apartment block comprising 12 units at 30 Fitzroy Street, St Kilda for $5 million ($416,666/unit).
Retail Rents Update (AFR Pg.54)
  • Research indicates prime retail rents in Melbourne increased by 24.6% year on year as at September.
