AMP acquires Park Street building (AFR Pg. 19)
  • AMP Capital Investors has acquired 50 Park Street in Sydney for about $15 million to expand the Consolidated Press building site it bought last year.
  • The refurbished 12-level property was bought for AMP’s Select property Portfolio No 3 Fund.

Victoria Property

Sunsuper buys Collins Street office tower (AFR Pg. 19)
  • Sunsuper has acquired a 17-level office tower located at 330 Collins Street in Melbourne from the Challenger Hybrid Property Fund.
  • The deal reflected a yield of about 8%.
