The Corsica development is a masterplanned residential development project consisting of three buildings constructed over 6 to 8 levels and comprising 215 residential units. Facilities accessible to residents of The Waterfront comprise indoor and outdoor pools, a fully equipped fitness club, championship tennis courts and walking, jogging and cycling tracks. Shell Cove is located within the Shellharbour LGA approximately 2 kilometres south east of Shellharbour Town Centre and 20 kilometres south of Wollongong. 

830 - 840 Bourke Street, Waterloo

Sydneygate is a 3.6 hectare development site at 830-840 Bourke Street, on the corner of Lachlan Street in Waterloo. The site has masterplan approval for over 1,300 units plus retail and commercial space in 4 buildings.
Waterloo is located approximately 3.7 kilometres south of the Sydney Central Business District.
Waterloo has undergone a gentrification process over the last 10 years with many of the older industrial sites redeveloped into mixed-use high rise buildings with a large component of apartments offered.
